Here is my lesson plan for the day:
Group Time: Social and Emotional Development, language and literacy development, Cognitive development (Social systems understanding), creativity, approaches to learning. (Preschoolers and toddlers) While welcoming our preschoolers to daycare, we will be also encouraging the toddlers to sit down with us and participate as well:
Toddler/Preschool: Today is read outside day, so we will head outside for our group time. I've done this in the past but my children have been used to doing it in the daycare, so I thought this would be fun to switch things up :-) We will sing our welcome song, go over our helping hands, calendar, weather, and how we felt today.. This week is celebrations week and we will discuss our week and what we will be doing.
