roup Time: Social and Emotional Development, language and literacy development, Cognitive development (Social systems understanding), creativity, approaches to learning. (Preschoolers and toddlers) While welcoming our preschoolers to daycare, we will be also encouraging the toddlers to sit down with us and participate as well:
Toddler/Preschool: We will sing "Who came to daycare today...." We will go over our helping hands, calendar, weather, and how we feel today? Today is water day and one of our good friend's last day at daycare, we will have a blast focusing on our our friend we love, and wishing them well to their next journey.
Skills: Cognitive, motor development, approaches to learning:
-Toddlers/preschool: We will be practicing counting on our calendar, and more.
-Preschool: Letter of the week: C, c
-Preschool: Practice zipping, shoe tying, and buttoning buttons. (Main focus)
Art: Have friends who have not started on their gifts start today and finish them up.
Large motor: Gross motor skills are the abilities required in order to control the large muscles of the body for walking, running, sitting, crawling , and other Free activities: (Preschool/toddler)
This afternoon we ware planning on to going bowling!
