Group Time: Social and Emotional Development, language and literacy development, Cognitive development (Social systems understanding), creativity, approaches to learning. (Preschoolers and toddlers) While welcoming our preschoolers to daycare, we will be also encouraging the toddlers to sit down with us and participate as well:
Toddler/Preschool: We will start our day with our welcome song..We will write and spell out our names. Welcome back! This week will be a short week.. We will focus on child play base and the new year coming up..Today I will have a balloon scavernger hunt.. Every hour we will pop a balloon and see what it says inside the balloon!

-Toddlers: Spell out name.. Name recognition.
-Toddlers/preschoolers: Number of the week: 17
-Preschool: Letter of the week: New letter of the day...
-Preschool: Practice zipping, shoe tying, and buttoning buttons. (Main focus)
